20 Jun 2025 Join Our Drama Workshop Team – Volunteer Opportunity for 2025–2026!
Are you passionate about the arts, community engagement, or supporting others through creativity? We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to join our Drama Workshop team for the upcoming academic year!
Every Friday during term time, we run two lively and inclusive drama sessions that bring people together through storytelling, performance, and imagination. These workshops are a highlight of the week for our members and our volunteers help them feel welcomed and supported within the workshop.
About the Role
We’re currently recruiting two volunteers, one for each of our Friday groups:
Early Session: 12:00 – 2:00 PM
(Volunteer hours: 11:45 AM – 2:15 PM)
Later Session: 3:00 – 5:00 PM
(Volunteer hours: 2:45 PM – 5:15 PM)
Volunteers help with setting up the space, supporting participants during the session, and packing down afterwards. There’s also a brief debrief at the end of each session to reflect and plan ahead. No previous drama experience is necessary – just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to get involved.
When?
This is a term-time role starting in Autumn 2025 and continuing through to the end of the Summer term 2026 – a full academic year of fun, creativity, and connection.
