Beth Fiducia-Brookes

Our Lead Drama Facilitator Beth shares her passion for working with many different community groups.

I am an applied theatre practitioner who strongly believes in the power of the arts. I facilitate creative, participant-led projects for different community groups, often for people who are hidden from view. Some examples of groups I have worked with include those with poor mental health, SEMH and SEND needs, and people in prison.

I have an MA in Applied Theatre from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and a BA(Hons) in Theatre and Performance Studies from Warwick University.

I am interested in puppetry, reading and of course going to the theatre! In the words of Augusto Boal, I believe, ‘We all must do theatre. To find out who we are and to discover who we could be’.
